Our Process

Meet with the Client. First, we meet with you and look at the remodeling work you want done. We'll take measurements and preliminary pictures and then discuss the scope of the work, materials, styles and colors you want. If you need help in selecting materials or knowing what options are available, we can guide you through that process. If budget is a concern, we can suggest alternative materials to keep costs down. We can also prioritize and stage the work to best fit your budget and schedule.

Create an Estimate. Our estimates include cost for labor and materials, an estimate on the amount of time it will take and description of the scope of work it covers. We will also identify potential problem areas that might affect the final billing. Although we can't anticipate every problem, there are some common problems that can be identified when we inspect the project area.

Schedule the Work. Project work will then be scheduled within our master schedule taking into account your needs and desirable timeframe.

Backsplashes

Glass - Glass mosaic or finger tiles provide an elegant way to dress up a kitchen or bathroom backsplash.

Laminate - A matching laminate backsplash is cost effective and durable solution. For short backsplashes, you can mount to hardwood, bevel it and finish the hardwood to match your cabinets.

Tile - An endless variety of materials and designs can be used. Both matching and complementary designs are possible.

Cabinets

New - If you have the space, adding new cabinets is a great way to add functionality and increase storage space.

Refinish - If the cabinets are in good shape, they can be refinished to match the new decor.

Replace - Replacing cabinets are a must when the existing cabinets are broken, poor condition or no longer meet your functional needs.

Countertops

Laminate - Laminates come in a variety of color, patterns and textures that are extremely cost effective to granite, tile and solid surface countertops.

Mini-slabs - Granite mini-slabs are a cost effective althernative to full or half slabs. Mini-slabs are ideal for kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities.

Tile - Just about any smooth surfaced tile can be used for kitchen and bathroom countertops. Grout lines can be kept to a minimum for a clean, low mintenance look.

Expansions

Bathroom - Got a cramped bathroom? Expand the bathroom into an adjacent room, closet or dead space. Increase storage and functionality at the same time.

Combining Rooms - Combine two small rooms into a single multi-purpose and/or larger room.

Flooring

Hardwood - Engineered hardwood floors are long-lasting, can be refinished and is structurally more stable than solid wood flooring. There are hundreds of styles and finishes to choose from.

Vinyl - Vinyl has come along way from yesteryear. There are so many styles to choose from. In addition to sheet vinyl and vinyl tiles, vinyl floor planks have become very popular these days.

Showers & Tub Surrounds

Tile - Replace that fiberglass insert with a tiled shower or soaker tup and tiled tub surround. Enhance the looks and functionality with a niche, a decorative accent and a bench or corner seat.

Upgraded Fixtures - Polish off your new tub & shower by installing new fixtures. Match the style to your other bathroom accessories for a cohesive look.

Waterproofing - By using a waterproofing system behind the tile, youy'll never have to worry about mold and water damage due to unsealed grout, cracked tiles or failed caulking.
