Our Process

Meet with the Client. First, we would like to meet with you and get a first hand look at the handyman tasks you want done. We can assess the amount of work that needs to be done and the type of material that needs to be used, giving you a more accurate estimate. If budget is a concern on larger projects, we can help prioritize the work, taking care of the most important tasks first and staging the remaining work that best fits your budget and schedule.

Create an Estimate. Our estimates include cost for labor and materials, an estimate on the amount of time it will take and description of the scope of work it covers. We will also identify potential problem areas that might affect the final billing. Although we can't anticipate every problem, there are some common problems that can be identified when we inspect the project area.

Schedule the Work. For small projects, work can be done or started the same day. For larger projects, they will be scheduled within our master schedule taking into account your needs and desirable timeframe.
